Job Summary

The Registered Nurse plans, organizes, executes, and directs home care services and is experienced in nursing, with emphasis on community health education/experience. The professional nurse builds from the resources of the community to plan and direct services to meet the needs of individuals and families within their homes and communities.

Job Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current license in state and CPR certification- willing to obtain.
• One (1) year of home health care experience preferred.
• Management experience not required. Responsible for supervising home health aides.
• Excellent observation, verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, basic math skills; nursing skills per competency checklist.
• Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is in accordance with state/or organization requirements and is in good working order.

$35.00 to $40.00/visit based on level of experience

Human Resource/Payroll Specialist

Position Summary

The Human Resources Assistant is responsible for various Human Resources functions. This includes a variety of responsibilities such as: administrative and payroll functions, compliance, recruiting and onboarding, workers’ compensation, safety team planning, and benefits administration.

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred
• Previous Human Resources or Office Management experience preferred
• Ability to work independently with little supervision required
• Ability to remain calm while working under pressure in a busy environment
• Ability to work within timeframe of standard policies and procedures
• Ability to maintain confidentiality related to sensitive company and employee information
• Thorough knowledge of HR principles and federal/local regulations
• Excellent ability to multi-task and prioritize in a busy, fast-growth environment
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Power Point is essential
• Exhibit extraordinary discretion, confidentiality, flexibility, and willingness to work closely with our team
